We are Essar Construction India Limited and you can find us at No. 103 in the Bansidhar Row House complex. We are right across from the Iscon Temple in Jhangirpurah, Surat. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially on days when people are headed to the temple. Being in a row house makes the work environment feel more like a home than a stiff office. We have our main operations set up here in Gujarat. Jhangirpurah is growing fast, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve got the 395 009 pin code area covered. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with project maps and site photos. We don't really care about having everything perfectly polished as long as we know where our tools are. Our team spends a lot of time traveling between Surat and various construction sites, so this row house is where we regroup. It’s a decent place to work from. We’ve got a small kitchen for tea and a few desks shoved together. Sometimes the traffic near the temple makes parking a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We aren't a big firm with a lobby; we're just a group of people working on building things. It’s practical and it works for us. We've been in this spot for a while now and the neighborhood suits our style just fine.
