Essar Construction India Limited

Our place is at Plot No 17 in Ambikanagar Society, over in the Ramnagar area near Rander Road. Essar Construction India Limited has been here for quite some time. It is a local office where we manage our construction projects in and around Surat. The neighborhood is mostly quiet compared to the big building sites we work on. We have a small team here that handles the day-to-day stuff like payroll and project scheduling. It is a lot of work keeping everything on track. Construction has its ups and downs and we have seen it all. Some days the cranes are moving and everything is great, other days we are waiting on a concrete delivery that is three hours late. That is just the life we chose. We are not big on fancy speeches or polished presentations. We prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and site maps, but we know where everything is. We have grown to like this part of Surat. It is home for us. If you drop by, you will likely see us staring at a set of plans or arguing about a supply order. It is just real people doing real work every day to keep things moving. We just do the work that needs doing.
