Essar Construction (I) Ltd,Surat

This branch of Essar Construction (I) Ltd is based in the New Ada area of Surat. We are located at 64-Govind Dham, which is on Hani Park Road. We are right near the L.P. Savani School, so it is a very easy spot to find if you are in the neighborhood. We share the space or coordinate through Vithalbhai M. Borsadia. It’s a local operation, very much tied to this part of the city. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where the planning happens. The office isn't some high-tech center; it’s more like a home base for our construction team. We’ve got our desks, our files, and a place to talk about the work. Being near Hani Park Road is good because it’s a developing area with lots of activity. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about what they need and how we can get it done. The school nearby means it can get a bit crowded during drop-off times, but we are used to that. We just focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. It’s honest work and we have a small crew that has been together for a bit. We don't use fancy jargon, just plain talk about construction. We keep things organized at Govind Dham and make sure we’re ready for the next day's tasks. There is always a lot to do but we take it step by step.
