Essar Construction (I) Ltd

We are based at 59 Kotyark Nagar Society, which is easy to spot because it is right across from Navyug College on Rander Road. Surat is a busy city, and Rander Road is always packed with people and vehicles. Essar Construction (I) Ltd has been running its operations from here for quite a while. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of tiles and stacks of invoices everywhere. We don't bother with much decoration because we are hardly ever sitting still. The job involves a lot of driving between different sites and making sure the concrete mixers are arriving on schedule. Sometimes we have to deal with the city authorities or figure out how to get a large truck through a narrow side street. It is a lot of problem-solving that they don't teach you in school. Our team is made up of locals who know how the weather in Gujarat affects the drying time of plaster. We don't have any polished slogans or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we have been doing this long enough to know what works. The college students across the road probably see us more than they see their professors. It is just a regular life of building stuff, dealing with broken tools, and making sure the work gets done before the next season starts.
