Essar Construction (I) Ltd

Over at 203, C-Block in Ellam Park, things stay pretty busy for us at Essar Construction (I) Ltd. Surat is a fast-moving city, and we have to keep up with that pace every single day. The office is tucked away in the park, and it is where we do all the boring stuff like payroll and ordering supplies. Most of the real action happens out at the building sites where the dust is thick and the noise is constant. We have been doing this for years, so we have seen just about every kind of problem you can imagine in construction. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or a truck gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to figure it out. It is not about being fancy; it is about getting the foundations poured and the bricks laid. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been around and younger ones just learning the ropes. We drink a lot of chai while looking over site plans that usually end up with coffee stains on them. People in the Gujarat area know us for just being straightforward. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. If a job is going to take three weeks, we say it will take three weeks. It is honest work that involves a lot of sweat and heavy lifting. That is just how the construction business goes for us here in Surat.
