Essar Construction (I) Limited

At Essar Construction (I) Limited, we work out of house number 82 in the Dharamnagar Society. We are located on A.K. Road in Surat, which is a pretty busy part of the city. Being in a society like Dharamnagar means we are surrounded by a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels very much like a community spot. Our office is a converted space that we’ve made our own over the years. It’s where we do all our planning and keep track of our materials. Surat is a city that never really stops, and A.K. Road is no exception. There’s always noise and movement outside, but inside we just focus on our projects. We aren't big on corporate polish or fancy presentations. We prefer to talk plainly about what needs to get done on the job site. The people who work here are mostly locals from the Gujarat area, and we have a pretty good understanding of how things work around here. The office is often full of maps and project schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been at this location for a good while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing our trucks come and go. We just try to do our jobs well and stay out of the way. It’s a basic setup that gets the job done without any extra fuss or fancy talk.
