Essar Construc Ltd.

Our place, Essar Construc Ltd., is located at 27 Bansidhar Row House in the Jahangirpura area of Surat. It is a row house, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We like it that way because it is comfortable and not too formal. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a few boots by the door and plenty of site maps spread out over the main table. Jahangirpura has been developing quite a bit lately, and we are glad to be right in the mix of it. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the dust from the road often wins that battle. Inside, it is mostly just us and the computers, working through the numbers and making sure the materials are arriving where they should be. We don’t have a receptionist; if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Most of our days are spent traveling between the office and the various spots where we are building. It’s a lot of driving around Surat, but coming back to Bansidhar at the end of the day is nice. We focus on getting the jobs finished and making sure we don’t miss any details. It is honest work and it keeps us busy all year round without needing to make a fuss about things or sound like something we are not.
