Eessar Constrution (I)Ltd is tucked away in Surat, specifically at B 604 in the Green Avenue Apartment. We are right near the Jalaram Temple in Adajan. It’s a nice area of the city. Being in an apartment building for a construction company might seem a bit odd to some, but it’s where our main office is. We do all our planning and paperwork from here. Adajan is always bustling with people going to the temple or the shops nearby. You can hear the city sounds from our windows all day. We aren't the kind of company that has a massive glass tower. We prefer staying close to where people live. Our team isn't huge, but we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how to handle the heat in Surat, which gets pretty intense in the middle of the year. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of promotional materials to show off. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. We just take it one day at a time. Some days are stressful with deadlines, and other days are just about catching up on filing and phone calls. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local construction office trying to do right by our projects. That’s basically who we are at Green Avenue. We just keep at it.
