Our business is located at 155/6/7 in the New Sardar Traders Market, which everyone just calls NSTM. It is a big commercial complex on Puna-Kumbharia Road in Surat. The market is always packed with people and goods moving everywhere. We deal with pharmaceuticals, so we spend a lot of time managing stock in our units. Being in a commercial complex means there is always something going on. You can hear the noise from the market all day. We have three units joined together to give us enough space for the boxes and the office desks. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves. We do not have any fancy decorations. It is just white walls and lots of fluorescent lights. The team here handles the orders and makes sure the deliveries get to the right trucks in the market.
