Dilip Kumar Jha

This is Dilip Kumar Jha’s place, located at B 17 in the Limbayat Everest Industrial Compound. It is on Yamuna Mill Road, which is near the C R Patil State area. It’s a real industrial spot, so expect some dust and a lot of noise from the machines nearby. We’ve been inside this compound for quite a while now. It’s not the kind of place where you’d bring a fancy guest, but for the work we do, it is perfect. There’s enough space for the materials and the floor is concrete, which makes it easy to clean up at the end of the shift. I usually have a couple of guys helping me out, and we all just focus on getting the orders out on time. The road outside can get pretty jammed with trucks, so you have to be careful when you’re coming in. We don't have a big office or a reception area. If you want to talk, you just come into the main space and find me. It’s very direct and there’s no fuss. We deal with all sorts of people, mostly others from the industrial compound or local tradesmen. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, but it’s what we know. Being at B 17 Everest Industrial Compound feels right for us. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and head home when it’s finished.
