Dharmesh Mistry

Dharmesh Mistry runs things here in Adajan Dn. This part of the city is always growing, so there is never a shortage of stuff to look at. The office is pretty modest. It’s just a place where we can sit down, spread out some large sheets of paper, and figure out how a building should come together. We don’t have a big staff. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the local projects. Adajan is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the people around here over the years. Our day usually starts around ten. We check the messages and then get into the sketching. Sometimes the ideas come easy, other times we have to scratch our heads for a few hours. We don't use any fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain where the walls go and why the plumbing needs to be a certain way. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are pens everywhere and maybe a few old tea cups that haven't been washed yet. It’s a real working environment. We don’t put on an act for anyone. If you come by, you’ll likely see us leaning over a table or arguing about a measurement. It’s just the way it goes when you’re trying to build things properly in a busy neighborhood. We stay busy with the work and that is enough for us.
