Desai Motor Driving School

We are Desai Motor Driving School, and you can find us on Varachha Road in Chandigarh, specifically in Sector 10. It’s an interesting spot to be in for a driving school because the roads around here can get quite busy. We spend most of our time in the driver’s seat next to someone who is usually a bit nervous. It’s a job that requires a lot of sitting and watching, making sure no one gets into trouble. Chandigarh has those wide roads and big roundabouts, so learning here is a bit different than in other cities. Our office on Varachha Road is where we take down names and sort out the paperwork for the driving tests. It is a simple place with a few posters on the walls and some chairs for people waiting their turn. We don't use any high-tech simulators or anything; we just get out there in the real cars. The weather in Chandigarh changes quite a bit with the seasons, from the cold winters to the really hot summers. We just keep the cars running and keep teaching. It’s been our routine for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go when their kids turn eighteen. We aren't doing anything flashy, just helping people get their licenses and learn the rules of the road. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community. We try to be patient with everyone and get them through their tests.
