Defassa Exim Private Limited

Defassa Exim Private Limited is our business in Surat. You can find us at 54, 1st Floor of the Vrundavan Society, V-1 in Mota Varachha. It's a nice area, mostly residential but with a lot of small businesses popping up lately. Being on the first floor is good because we can see what's happening on the street, and it keeps us a bit cooler than being on the top floor during the summer. We handle export and import, which means we are constantly dealing with customs and shipping companies. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day. Our office is small and we keep it that way. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for our computers and a place to sit. Most of our work is done digitally anyway. My cousins and I run the place, so it feels very personal and relaxed. We often have tea together while we figure out the day's tasks. Mota Varachha is growing fast, and we are happy to be part of that growth. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B without too many problems. Sometimes there are delays or the paperwork gets stuck in the system, but we just keep at it until it's sorted out. It’s a plain, honest business. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the day. We aren't big shots.
