Our workshop is situated at Plot No. 38 on Khanvel Road. It’s a decent-sized spot, and we’ve been operating out of here for a long time now. The road outside can get pretty busy with commuters, but once you step inside our gates, it’s all about the work. We have a simple layout where the front part is for the paperwork and the back is where the real action happens. It’s not the most modern building you’ll ever see, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for our equipment. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy signs. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the place. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, because the metal roof makes it quite warm by midday. There’s always a hum of activity, whether it’s someone moving boxes or the sound of the fans spinning overhead. We keep a pot of tea going in the small break area, which is where most of the news gets shared. It’s just a regular place where we show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. We don’t have any big corporate slogans; we just try to make sure we don't fall behind on the daily tasks we have lined up. Sometimes the trucks arrive late, but we just deal with it as it comes.
