Welpack Industries Ltd. is located out at 192/2 in Sailiu. We are right near the Castrol plant, so that’s usually the easiest way for people to find us when they’re coming into Silvassa. Being in Dadra means we’re right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Our facility is mostly taken up by the machines we use for packaging and the stacks of materials waiting to be processed. It gets quite hot in the warehouse during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a practical space designed for moving goods. You’ll usually see a lot of trucks coming and going around our gate. The team here knows their way around the floor and we don't spend much time sitting around. We’ve got a lot of work to do every day to make sure the packing is done right. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just have a way of doing things that works for us and our clients. If things get a bit dusty or loud, that’s just the nature of the business. We focus on the physical work and getting the orders loaded up on time. It’s a straightforward life here in Sailiu, and we’re happy to be a part of the local industry.
