Sandeep Texturisers Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 8-9, Sr. No. 259/1/1, which is part of the Navneet Sha. Ind. Estate. It’s a bit of a long address for such a plain building. We have been here for a long time, and most of the people working here have grown up in the nearby area. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from different factories. We have our own machines that run most of the time, so you have to talk a bit louder when you are on the floor. The office is just a small partitioned area near the entrance. It has some old cupboards and a desk that has seen better days. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We don’t really bother with marketing or anything like that. Most of the people we work with have known us for years. Sometimes the trucks blocking the road make it hard to get in, but that is just part of being in Navneet Sha. Ind. Estate. We aren't a huge corporation. We’re just a local business with a small team. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay out of the heat when we can. There is nothing very special about our building. It is just a place where we come to work every day. We focus on our machines and making sure the orders are ready.
