Out here in Dadra, things move at their own pace. We are located at Pramukh Industrial Estate, specifically at Survey 245/1, G/2. It’s one of those places where you hear the sound of metal and machines as soon as you turn the corner. We do manufacturing here. The shed is large and we have a lot of raw materials stacked up near the entrance most days. It gets a bit dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We’ve got a small team of workers. Everyone knows what they have to do without being told. We don’t have a human resources department or any of that corporate stuff. If there's a problem with a machine, we just talk it out on the shop floor. Most of the guys live nearby in the village, so we’ve become a bit of a tight group over the years. The office part is just a small room with a metal desk and some old files. We spend more time out where the actual production happens. Dadra is a busy industrial hub, so there’s always something noisy going on next door. We keep the machines maintained and try to keep the floor somewhat clean, though it’s hard with all the work. We started small and just kept going. There’s no secret to it. You just show up, do the work, and make sure the stuff gets loaded onto the trucks for the morning delivery.
