Mahavir Packaging

We’re located at Plotno. 5/3 in the Amrut Industrial Estate, which is right near the Dadra Check Post. If you know the area, you know it gets really busy with all the trucks waiting to cross. We do packaging work here, mostly boxes and things like that for other businesses. The workshop is at Survey No. 206/1, and we’ve been here for several years now. It’s a lot of cardboard and glue. Sometimes the smell of the adhesive is pretty strong in the summer, but we’re used to it. We have a small team of guys who handle the cutting and folding. It’s physical work, especially when we’re loading the finished stacks onto the trucks. We don’t have a fancy website or any corporate stuff. Most of our customers are other businesses nearby in Dadra who need boxes for their goods. We just take the orders over the phone or someone drops by the gate. We try to keep the machines running smooth, but they’re old and need a lot of grease and attention. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The location is handy because we can see the traffic at the check post and know when it’s a good time to send out a delivery truck. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way without a lot of fuss. It’s simple work, but it fills the day and pays the bills.
