Our facility is situated in the Lunavat Industrial Estate. We are at Survey No. 244/5, specifically in Gala No. 8 along Demni Road. It is a typical industrial setting with a lot of sheds and trucks moving around. At Elastimold (India) Pvt. Ltd., the daily routine is mostly about the manufacturing processes. The space is large and open with high ceilings to keep the heat from getting too trapped. You will see a lot of machinery and raw materials waiting to be processed. The floor is marked with yellow lines to show where people should walk, though they are getting a bit worn out now. There is a small office partitioned off in one corner where we keep the records and handle the logistics. It is always a bit noisy here because of the machines running, so you have to speak up a bit. We spend our days monitoring the production and making sure everything is moving through the gala like it should. Demni Road stays busy with deliveries coming and going from the other units in the estate. It is a dusty environment, especially when the wind blows through the open bay doors. We have some lockers for the workers and a small area for tea breaks. It is a functional space designed for hard work. We don't spend money on fancy paint or decorations, just on keeping the equipment running. There is always something that needs maintenance or a shipment that needs to be loaded onto a truck.
