Chemie Leather Tex Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 18 inside the Silvassa Industrial Co-operative Society. It's a decent-sized area and we've been set up here for some time. The society is usually humming with activity from all the different factories around us. We share the space with a lot of other businesses, so there's always a truck coming or going. The building itself is straightforward. No big signs or flashing lights. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Working in Silvassa has its own rhythm, especially with the weather and the local transport. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it regardless. Our spot on S. No. 121/P isn't too hard to find if you know the cooperative society layout. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. It’s more about the actual work on the floor. Most of us have been here for a while and we know the routine. It’s a plain place, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our hours making sure the machinery is running okay and the shipments are ready to go out. It's just a regular industrial setup with people who have been doing this for years. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. There is always something that needs fixing or moving around the yard.
