Our factory is located at Plot No. 146 in Dadra. It’s a fairly straightforward setup in an area that is known for its industrial roots. We don't have any big corporate headquarters with glass walls. Instead, we have a sturdy building where the real work happens every single day. The atmosphere at Dadra is always busy, with trucks moving in and out of the various plots. We fit right into that rhythm. Our day starts early because the morning air is cooler and it’s easier to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. We have a mix of old hands and younger workers who are learning the ropes of the business. We don’t really go in for big speeches or mission statements. We just have a list of things that need to be made and we work until they are finished. The machines have their quirks, and sometimes we have to spend a morning just getting one of them to behave. Most of our neighbors in Dadra are doing the same thing, so there’s a bit of a community feel among the different plants. If someone needs a tool or a spare part, they usually just walk over and ask. We keep our paperwork in a small office near the entrance, but you won't find anyone there most of the time because we're usually out on the floor.
