Down at Shed No. 54 on Road No. 6, you'll find us working away at D. J. Plastics. This is the New Estate area, so things are still kind of settling in around here. We have been in this shed for a good while now. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work with what we have. We do a lot of plastic molding. Mostly small parts that people don’t really think about much. The heat from the machines can be a bit much in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We usually open the big shed doors to get a breeze, though it mostly just brings in more dust from Road No. 6. There are five or six of us here on a normal day. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the cycles to finish. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. No fancy signs or big banners out front. Just the shed number painted on the door. We spend most of our time fixing the old machines or trying to find where someone left the heavy wrench. It's local work for local folks. We don't spend money on advertising because the people who need us usually know where Shed 54 is anyway. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated or stressful if we can help it. Just day-to-day plastic work. We’ve had a few leaks in the roof when it rains hard, but we just move the machines a bit. It’s just part of the routine.
