D. G. D. C Ltd. Developer Of Surat Special Economic Zone

Our office for D. G. D. C Ltd. is located right near the Sachin Railway Station. Being the developer of the Surat Special Economic Zone means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and site plans. The station is so close that you can hear the trains pulling in throughout the day. It’s a handy landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. The area around Sachin is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We have a lot of space here to manage the different parts of the zone. It isn't always the quietest place to work, but it keeps us on our toes. We deal with a lot of different people coming through the doors, from contractors to local officials. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy from walking the sites. We don't really go for the polished office look because it wouldn't last long here anyway. We have been working on this development for quite a stretch now. There are always new challenges with the land or the logistics, but we just take them as they come. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the pieces fit together. We stick to our schedules and try to keep things organized. It is hard work, but being so close to the tracks makes the commute easy for many of our staff. We just keep moving forward with the project.
