Chitrakoot Tours & Travels is situated at Shop 125 on the ground floor of Poddar Arcade. This is right on Varachha Road, which is one of the busiest parts of Surat. Being so close to Khand Bazar means there is a lot of life and activity around us all the time. We’ve been here in the 395006 area for quite some time now. The office is very easy to access since it’s on the ground floor. It’s a small, functional space where we handle all the travel bookings. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the business well. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just have our desks, our systems, and we get the work done. People from around Varachha often just drop in while they are out doing their shopping in the arcade. We like the casual feel of it. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We talk to people in plain English and just tell them the facts about their travel options. Sometimes the arcade gets a bit noisy with all the shoppers, but we’re used to it. It’s just part of being in such a central location. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the tickets are right and the timing works. It’s an honest local shop for local people.
