Chiman Bunha & Co

Our office, Chiman Bunha & Co, is located at G 10 in the Vasudeva Arcade. We are over on Bhatar Road, which is a bit different from the main textile hubs but still gets plenty of traffic. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty convenient because we don't have to deal with waiting for elevators every time we need to step out. The arcade has been around for a bit, and you can see that in the architecture, but it’s a solid place to work. Inside G 10, things are kept fairly simple. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of storage for all the records we keep. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting you at the door. Usually, it’s just one of us looking up from a desk when someone walks in. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with new shops popping up all the time. Still, we just keep doing what we’ve always done. We like the routine of opening up in the morning and seeing the street come to life. There’s a decent little snack place nearby where we usually grab lunch. The space is a bit small if you have too many people in at once, but for our day-to-day tasks, it’s just right. We don't feel the need for anything more than a functional space that stays cool during the Surat summers.
