If you are looking for us, we are right at 53 Adajan Dn, which is directly opposite the Gail Tower. That tower is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is, so we never have to give complicated directions to people. Adajan is a crowded area and the road in front of our place is usually packed with cars and rickshaws honking at each other. It gets quite loud during the rush hour in the evening, but the mornings are relatively peaceful. Our building is a standard concrete structure that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose well enough. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. There is a small area for people to sit while they wait, and the rest is just our workspace. We have a small fan that rattles a bit when it is on the high setting, but it helps with the heat. We spend a lot of time here, mostly just handling the daily paperwork and talking to people who drop by. There is a tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning chai. The guy there knows exactly how we like it, with extra ginger when it rains. We do not have a big team or any corporate rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It is a modest way to earn a living, and we like the familiarity of this street.
