C H Morli Bhagat Lace & Narrow Fab

We are tucked away in Sagrampura Putli 2nd Cross, specifically in the 3rd Block at G.No. 1918-22 in Salabatpura. It is a very busy part of the city with lots of narrow streets and people moving around all the time. The sound of the machines is something you hear the moment you walk down our lane. We have been making lace and narrow fabrics here for a long time. It is a lot of watching the threads to make sure nothing snaps or gets tangled up in the rollers. My eyes usually get tired from looking at the fine patterns all day. The space is filled with rolls of material stacked up to the ceiling, so you have to be careful where you walk. We don't have a shiny showroom or anything like that. People just come to the workshop when they need to talk to us. Dealing with the suppliers can be a headache sometimes, especially when the yarn we need shows up late. The heat in the warehouse can be tough during the middle of the day, but we just keep the fans going and stay at it. It’s a messy business with bits of thread and dust everywhere, so we are always sweeping up. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the machines running and making sure the orders are ready for the local markets. It’s a family kind of place where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it.
