Our hospital, Bitana & Chandrawati Hospital Llp, is located at House Number 1306/A in Nai Basti, Kailash Nagar. We are right in the heart of Bakshipura. It’s a residential area, so we are right where the people are, which makes it easier for everyone. The building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and we’ve made it work well for a medical facility over the years. We have rooms for patients and a small area for checkups and consultations. Most of the people who come here are from the immediate neighborhood around Kailash Nagar. They know us and we know them pretty well. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets or expensive furniture, just the essential tools needed to provide good care to the families nearby. The staff is small but we work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when many people show up at once for the morning clinic, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been part of Bakshipura for some time now and we plan to stay here. There’s no corporate office or anything like that; it’s just the hospital and the people who work here. We try to keep the costs down because we know how it is for families around here. It’s just about providing a place where you can get seen by a doctor without having to travel too far from home. We focus on the basics and try to be helpful.
