Bhatt Darshan

Our place is right at number 10 in the Umra Gam area. If you know where the Kruna Sagar Mandir is, we are located just opposite that. It's a raw house in the River Park Panghat colony. We use the front part of the house for the business side of things. It’s pretty quiet here most days except when there’s a big festival happening at the temple across the road. Bhatt Darshan is just the name we decided to use for what we do. It’s a home-based setup really. We have some basic chairs and a wooden table set up in the main room. Usually, it's just me or maybe a family member handling the phone calls and papers. The river is quite close by, so the breeze is nice in the evenings when we finish up. We never really wanted a big commercial office in the middle of the city. This feels more natural and comfortable to us. The neighbors are good people and we’ve known them for years. Sometimes people get a bit lost looking for the specific house number because the lanes all look very similar, but once they see the temple they find us easily. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a waiting room. You just walk right in. It’s a bit cluttered with stacks of papers sometimes. Life and work just sort of blend together here. We’ve lived in this part of Umra Gam forever.
