Finding our place at 5 955 in Mahidharpura can be a bit tricky if you are not used to the layout of 1st Main and 1st Cross. This area of Gurappanapalya is always buzzing with people and small shops. We have been here for quite a while, working in this narrow space. It is full of materials and the sound of machines or tools depending on what is happening that day. Bharat Jariwala is not a big factory or anything like that. It is more of a traditional setup where we do things by hand or with old equipment that we have had for years. There is dust on the shelves and the lighting is not the best, but we know where every single item is kept. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there is always a lot of shouting back and forth across the street. We do not have a website or any of that stuff; people usually just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop. It is a bit cramped inside, especially when we have a lot of work piled up on the tables. We just keep our heads down and focus on what is in front of us. It is a simple life, and the work is steady enough to keep us going. We like being part of this busy little corner of the world. Each day starts with a sweep of the floor and a fresh start.
