Bato Logistics Surat

Our place, Bato Logistics Surat, is located inside Gajanand Industrial Estate. The exact spot is Kishorilal Shyam Sunder 32 on the Bhatena Ring Road. If you know Surat, you know this area is always buzzing with trucks and people. It’s a busy industrial zone. We spend our days surrounded by the sounds of the road. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's mostly just functional space with desks and some storage. We deal with a lot of movement every day. Things coming in, things going out. It gets dusty because of all the traffic nearby, so we are always cleaning the tables. The heat in Gujarat can be quite something during May. We keep the water cooler full and just keep working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our daily tasks properly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we sort it out eventually. Everyone here has a specific job to do. We don't have fancy meetings. We just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at this Bhatena location for a while now. Most of the drivers know our gate. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just move things from one place to another and try not to make mistakes. We have a small radio that plays local songs while we work. It keeps the mood light when things get stressful. Some of us have been working in this estate for ten years.
