We are located on Naroli Road at Survey No. 326/1. Our place is dedicated to weaving, so there is a constant noise from the machines that you eventually just stop hearing. It’s a steady rhythm that goes on all day long. We produce different types of fabrics, and the warehouse area is usually stacked high with big rolls of cloth. It isn't a fancy setup. The lighting is just basic industrial bulbs, and the floors are concrete. We have a small team of operators who know exactly how to handle the looms when something goes wrong. We don't spend money on big signs or polished brochures. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing our jobs in plain clothes. The road outside can get pretty crowded with traffic, especially in the mornings, but we like being in this area. We’ve been running things this way for quite a while now. Sometimes a thread snaps and we have to stop everything to fix it, but that’s just how weaving goes. We don't have any big meetings or corporate structures. It’s just about making the fabric and getting it ready for the buyers. Most of our days are spent on the production floor rather than behind a desk. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the task at hand. We keep a pot of tea going throughout the shift to stay focused.
