Ashwin Shingala & Co is located at Rajhans Point, which is part of the Varachha Road Industrial Estate. Specifically, we are at number 310 near Bhavani Circle. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of heavy traffic and activity around us. It’s a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. Our office is a functional space designed for getting things done. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just walk in and see us at our desks. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. Bhavani Circle is a major landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us. The Rajhans Point building is sturdy and reliable, much like the work we do. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a long time. We aren’t interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to handle our business from this office on Varachha Road. It can get a bit noisy with the industrial work going on nearby, but we’re used to it. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the papers in front of us. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment. We’re just local people working in a local office. If you’re near the industrial estate, that’s where you’ll find us. We've been here long enough that the sounds of the road don't even bother us.
