Ashtamangal Gems Llp is our business, and we are located at Plot No. 07 in Dongre Wadi. If you are coming down Varachha Road, we are right across from the Panch Ratna Tower and near Balar Exports. This area is famous for the gem trade, so we are right where the action is. Our office is a simple place where we look at stones and handle the paperwork for sales. It’s not very big, but it’s ours. We have a few sturdy tables and good lighting because you need to see what you are doing in this business. Varachha Road is always crowded with people and scooters, especially in the mornings. It’s a lively neighborhood to work in. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and know most of the people on our street. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just make sure the gems are sorted and the customers get what they asked for. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a particular batch, but that’s part of the job. The desks are usually cluttered with loupes and small sorting trays. We don't try to sound like a huge company. We are just a local gem business doing our best with what we have. It’s a lot of sitting and looking closely at things, but it’s what we know how to do. The atmosphere is generally quiet inside, even with the noise from the road outside.
