We are located at River Palace, specifically in the lower ground units 6 and 7, on Ovara Main Road in Nanpura. Being near the Navdi Ovara is nice because we are right by the water, and it’s a bit different than being in the middle of the congested market areas of Surat. We are right opposite the Bahumali Building, which is a big landmark that makes it easy for folks to find us. Our work involves a lot of tours and travel arrangements. We spend most of the day at our desks, calling hotels and checking on car rentals. The office is a practical space, nothing too fancy, just some desks and computers and a place for people to sit when they come in. Nanpura is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of the ceiling fan while we work through our list of tasks. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more like a local shop where we know the people around us. We deal with a lot of different requests, and sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the bookings. We just try to stay organized and get everything done before the sun goes down over the river. It’s a regular job that we’ve been doing for years now. We just take it one day at a time.
