We’ve got our office at 610-611 in the SNS Business Park, right across from J H Ambani High School in Vesu, Surat. Even though we’re in a big business park, we try to keep things feeling small and personal. Arah Realties is just a group of us who know the Surat property market inside out. It’s a loud, busy city, and the real estate scene here moves incredibly fast. We spend half our time on Vesu Cross Road checking out new developments. It’s not all shiny offices and big deals, though. A lot of it is just sitting in traffic and trying to make sure the documents for a sale are actually correct. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or sounding like a big multinational corporation. We’re just local guys. If a project is running late or has issues with the builder, we’ll tell you straight. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when people are putting their savings into a home. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and cold cups of tea. We might forget to update the website occasionally because we’re out on a site visit. We prefer it that way, being out where the buildings are instead of stuck behind a computer all day. We just do our best to make the buying process a bit less of a headache for people around here.
