Yogi Developer

Yogi Developer is a small outfit located in Amli. We’re tucked away on Basera Road, right behind the Balajee Temple. It’s a pretty peaceful area most of the time, except when there’s a festival at the temple. We’ve been working out of this small office at 62/41 for years. We aren't like those big developers you see on TV with huge billboards. We mostly stick to local projects around here. A lot of our day involves walking around the sites, checking on the bricks and the cement, and talking to the laborers. It’s dusty work and you end up with dirty shoes every single day. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of salespeople. Usually, people just find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen the buildings we’ve finished. Our office is a bit cramped, full of blueprints and old files that we really should organize better. We spend a lot of time just chatting with people who stop by to ask about plots or construction. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the people in Amli and we know the land here. Some days the heat makes it hard to be out on the sites, so we just sit in the office with the fan on and catch up on paperwork. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the construction business without all the extra fluff and corporate talk.
