A. R. Khan Glass Works

A. R. Khan Glass Works is tucked away in the Silvassa Industrial Co-Op Society. Our specific spot is Gala No. 04 on Plot No. 54. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars know the way. Working with glass is tricky and we have to be careful all the time. Our workshop is filled with sheets of glass and cutting tools. It’s not the quietest place, and you have to watch where you step because of the small pieces on the floor. We started A. R. Khan Glass Works because we knew the trade and wanted to do it our own way. We don't have a big office or a marketing team. Most of the time, I’m the one answering the phone or helping with the cutting and loading. The industrial society is a busy place with a lot of other small businesses like ours. Sometimes the power goes out, which stops everything, but we just wait it out. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporation. We are just a small glass shop doing our best with the orders we get from people nearby. If you need some glass work done, you just come down to Plot No. 54. We’ll be there working away in the gala. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning to night.
