Amipara Silk Mills

You can find Amipara Silk Mills over on the second floor of the Mahavr Textiles Market. We are in shop number 3086/69 right off the Ring Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded and loud the textile market gets. It is always a rush there. We spend our days surrounded by fabric and the smell of the market. Our space is usually filled with rolls of silk and loose threads on the floor. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a workplace where things happen fast. Sometimes the elevator in the market is broken, so we end up carrying things up the stairs. It is just part of being in an old building like this. We have been working with silk for a long time. The Ring Road traffic is always a mess, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just us handling the orders and making sure the silk looks right before it goes out. Sometimes the lighting isn't great in the back room, but we know our way around. We deal with people from all over who come into the market. It's a lot of hard work and long hours standing on our feet. We just keep going because that's what you do in this trade.
