We set up AMDAWADI GHANCHI NIDHI LIMITED in Nanpura. You can find us at Office 502 in the Sundaram Sky building. We are right in the Athugar Mahollo area. It’s across from the Central Bank, which makes it easy for folks to find the building when they visit. Timaliyawad is a busy part of town. Our office isn't very large but it serves the purpose. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and talking to the people who walk in. Most of the people coming through the door are locals from around the neighborhood. We handle the small savings and the community stuff that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a typical office routine. We keep a pot of tea going most of the morning. There's always someone coming by to ask a question or drop off some documents. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for everyone. The traffic outside can be a bit much during lunch hours. We just focus on keeping the records straight and helping the members when they have needs. It’s a quiet place mostly, until the afternoon rush starts. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no need for anything complicated. Just real people working in a regular office in Surat. We see the same faces every week and that's fine with us.
