Our workshop is over at Number 75 in the Balaji Industrial Estate- 2. We are quite close to the HP Petrol Pump in Udhan, so most people use that as a landmark to find us. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity, trucks moving, and the sound of tools. At Vsr Electronics Private Limited, the atmosphere is usually a mix of focused silence and the hum of testing equipment. We have got benches lined up with various components and tools scattered around. It is not the kind of place where you will find plush carpets or fancy decor. We care more about having good light to see the small parts we work with. The industrial estate can be a bit dusty, but we try to keep our workspace as clean as possible for the electronics. Most of us have been working with circuits and boards for years. We are not interested in big speeches about the future of technology. We just like fixing things and putting them together correctly. Lunch usually happens together at the small stalls near the petrol pump. It is a simple routine that we have followed for a long time now. Some days are long, especially when we have a big batch of work to finish, but we do not complain about it. It is good to have steady work in Udhan, and we are happy to be part of the local industrial community here at Balaji.
