Ace Tours & Information Centre

Ace Tours & Information Centre is based in Shop No-F-22-23 at Jolly Arcade. We are situated on Dumas Road, right across from Ranila Park in Surat. Having the park nearby is nice because it gives the area a bit of a different feel compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We’ve been in this 395007 location for a while now. The office is made up of two shops joined together, so there’s a bit more room for us to spread out and keep our files organized. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we handle travel info and bookings. We don’t go for big promotional talk or polished sales pitches. We just give people the information they are looking for and help them sort out their tours. Most of our day is spent at our desks, working through the details of various trips. We get a mix of people dropping in—some who are just curious after a walk in the park and others who have been coming to us for years. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things. We like being in Jolly Arcade and being part of the community on Dumas Road. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do our work properly and help people get where they want to go. It’s a simple, straightforward business for us.
