Aayu Clinic

Aayu Clinic is located in Dalal Chambers, right in the Bhagal area. Bhagal is always crowded, so there is constant noise from the street below. We are up in the building, which is one of those older ones with narrow hallways and a lot of different offices. Our clinic is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms for consultations and a small space for people to wait. The walls are painted a simple white, and we’ve got some old wooden furniture that’s been around for a while. It’s not a flashy place, but it serves its purpose for the people living and working around Bhagal. We spend our mornings setting up and checking the schedule. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet for an hour. There’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs because the lift isn’t always reliable. Most of our patients are regulars who have been coming to this area for years. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often see them passing by the entrance of Dalal Chambers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when it gets busy, but we manage. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just open the doors and do the work that needs doing. It gets hot in the summer, so the fans are always running at full speed. It’s just a normal clinic in a busy part of town.
