You can find A C Holidays on the first floor of Reshamwala Market, at shop number 44. We're right on the Ring Road, quite close to Jash Market. It's a very busy textile hub. Most of the time, the stairs up to our floor are packed with people carrying bundles of cloth. It’s a very energetic place to work. Our office is just a regular room among many others in the market. We don't have any polished marble or glass partitions. Just some sturdy desks and a few computers. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the market. A lot of our customers are traders who need to travel for business. We’ve been here long enough to know how the market cycles work. When the market is busy, we are busy. When it’s quiet, we take it easy. We don't use any marketing tricks or flowery words. We just give people the information they need. It’s a very honest way to do business. Sometimes the hallways are a bit dark, but once you get inside our shop, it’s comfortable enough. We’ve got a small fan that keeps us cool while we work. It’s just a normal local travel agency in the heart of Surat’s textile district. We like being part of the hustle and bustle. There’s always someone coming by to ask about ticket prices or holiday packages.
