7Sea Toures&Travels

We are located at B/1 in Kailash Nagar Society. This is in Sagrampura, which is a bit different from the crowded market areas of Surat. 7Sea Toures&Travels is run out of this spot, and it feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big neon sign or a storefront on a main road. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. The office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. It’s usually quiet here, which is nice when you are trying to book complicated flights or sort out visa papers. We handle everything from local taxi bookings to big overseas trips. Because we are in a society, we know a lot of our customers personally. They are our neighbors or friends of friends. We spend a lot of time chatting before we even get to the travel stuff. It’s a more relaxed way of doing business. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and what the price is at that moment. If the internet is slow, we just have a cup of tea and wait for it to come back. It’s a very local, human way of working. Most people appreciate that they can just come over and talk to us without it being a big formal thing.
