Pololight Industries Ltd.

Pololight Industries Ltd. is located out on Surangi Road, specifically at Plot No. 24/1 in Khadoli. It is quite a trek from the main part of town, but being near the 20 Feet Vapi Station makes things a bit easier for moving stuff around. Silvassa has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it here. The road outside can get pretty bogged down with trucks during the afternoon, which makes getting in and out a bit of a challenge. Our building is pretty standard for this industrial area. We spend most of our time inside the shed or checking things in the yard. It gets really hot in the summer, so we have some fans running all day just to keep it tolerable. It is a long day for everyone, usually starting around eight and not finishing until the sun is well down. We have neighbors doing all sorts of manufacturing, so there is always a low hum of machinery in the background. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but that's just how things go around here. We’ve been at this Khadoli spot for some time now. We don't really do the whole corporate office vibe; it’s more about the practical work on the floor. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the shortcut to the station by heart. It’s just how we live and work in Silvassa.
