Rehoboth Garments

Rehoboth Garments is located right on Sankarankovil Road in Surandai. If you’re looking for us, we are directly opposite the HP Petrol Bunk. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the pump is. Our shop at No. 1/8/124 9 isn’t very large, but it’s where we spend all our time. The road outside can get quite dusty and noisy with all the buses and trucks heading towards Sankarankovil. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. Most days involve measuring, cutting, and stitching. We have a few machines tucked into the back. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have shelves filled with different materials and half-finished projects. Sometimes the lighting isn’t the best, so we keep the front doors open to let the sun in. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have a website or any big marketing plans. We just rely on the work we do and the people who know us in Surandai. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on. It’s a simple life and we just focus on getting the garments finished for whoever needs them. We aren't trying to be big or famous, just keeping the shop running and doing the work as honestly as we can.
