Kanah Koreya Mushrooms

We are located over in Block Colony, right in the Kachhahri Para area of Baikunth Pur. It is easy to find us if you are near the mandir here in District Koreya. Growing mushrooms takes a lot of time and we spend most of our days checking on the bags and making sure the temperature is just right. It can get a bit damp in the sheds but that is how Kanah Koreya Mushrooms needs it to be. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the crop. Sometimes the weather makes it hard but we manage to keep things going. People from around the neighborhood stop by occasionally to see what we have. There is always something to do, whether it is cleaning up the area or preparing the next batch. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't been to this part of the colony before. We have been here for a while now. It is just a small operation really. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space where the mushrooms grow. My hands are usually dirty from the compost or moving the heavy trays around. We try to keep things simple and just do the work that needs doing every morning. It is quiet for the most part, except for when things get busy during harvest time. We don't use fancy machines, just basic tools and a lot of patience. That is basically what goes on here every day in Baikunth Pur.
