Kallani Autocast Pvt Ltd is over at Plot No J-02 in Site-5 of the Kasna UPSIDC area in Surajpur. This is way out in Greater Noida. It’s a very different feel from the older industrial areas. The roads are much wider and everything is more spread out. But it still has that same feeling of hard work. J-02 is a large plot. We do casting work here. It involves a lot of heat and heavy molds. It’s a tough job and the shop floor is always very warm. We have a lot of heavy equipment for melting and pouring metal. It’s not a place for someone who likes to stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone has a bit of soot on them. We have a dedicated crew. Many of them stay in the worker hostels nearby because it’s a bit of a journey from the main city. We don't really do much in terms of PR or marketing. We just let the quality of the castings do the talking. The area around Site-5 is still developing, so there aren't many shops nearby. We have our own small setup for food and water for the staff. It’s a self-contained little world. We focus on the orders we have and making sure they get out of the gate on time. That’s the daily life at Kallani Autocast. It’s not fancy but it’s ours, and we take it seriously.
