Our main office is at J-005 in the Site C industrial area of Surajpur. It is a large area with lots of trucks and heavy noise, which actually suits JBM Buildwell quite well. Greater Noida is where most of the new projects are happening these days. We spend a massive amount of our time out on the sites. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other folks doing hard work too. It feels like the right place for us. Our office is basically where we keep our files and meet up with the crews. It definitely isn't a fancy place. The floors are just concrete and the desks have seen better days. We do building work and it gets messy quite often. You really cannot avoid the dust when you are working in Surajpur. We have been at this for a long time now. The whole team knows the roads around this part of Greater Noida like the back of their hands. Traffic can be a real pain during the morning rush. We usually try to beat the crowds by starting our shift very early. When the sun goes down, we are often still finishing up something at a site. Site C is a very practical location for a business like ours. We do not need a flashy storefront or a big sign. Just a place to park our vehicles and organize all the supplies for the next job. That is how we have always run things. We just stay busy.
